1

招生對象Application Requirement

2013年9月1日至2014年8月31日期間出生的年滿6周歲的本市戶籍和非本市戶籍的適齡兒童；

Pioneer Curriculum: The students with or without Xiamen Residential Status, who were born in the period between 1st,September, 2013 and 31st, Aug, 2014.


招生計劃人數  Students to Admit in Autumn 2020

200人+片區生（200+Local Stream）

招生原則The Principle of Enrollment

1、自愿報名

Apply voluntarily.


2、免試入學

Enrolled without any form of test.


3、民辦學校與公辦學校同步招生，學生報名人數超過招生計劃時，進行電腦隨機搖號錄取；

Public and Private school run the enrollment procedure synchronously. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of enrollment plan, the name will be randomly selected by the computer to determine the admission list.


4、招生錄取不與任何培訓機構掛鉤；

The enrollment process is not related to any training institutions.


5、片區生參照廈門市教育局關于熱點學校招生條件進行招生；

Local Stream: Refer to the enrollment requirements of Fujian Flash Point Schools established by Xiamen Education Bureau.

招生時間Application Period

1、 意向登記：預報名信息登記時間為2020年6月1日- 2020年7月1日；
Statement of Intention Registration: Pre-registration of information to state the intention is from June 1, 2020 to July 1, 2020.


2、 官微報名：在線報名開通時間為2020年7月12日- 2020年7月13日 ，招生工作于2020年7月19日前完成；
Official Registration: The online registration is from July 12, 2020 to July 13, 2020. The admission process will be completed before July 19, 2020.

錄取程序Enrollment Procedure

 先鋒班Pioneer curriculum   
a)  關注微信公眾號“廈門市思明區協和雙語學校”，通過官微預報名通道進行意向信息登記；
Follow Official Wechat account “SUIS Xiamen” for the pre-registration of information to state the intention.


b)  開放正式報名通道，在線填寫完整、真實、準確的報名信息并提交報名表；
As the official sign-up passage opens, fill in the application form online and submit when the authenticity of the information is ensured.


c)  根據報名情況、招生原則確定錄取名單；
The admission list is to be determined according to the registration situation and the enrollment principle.


d)  按短信通知按時參加錄取學生信息核實；
Participate in student information verification on time as notified by SMS.


e)  通過信息核實并按時完成材料審核、繳費及注冊手續，獲取正式錄取通知書；
Prove the information authenticity, pay tuition fee, hand in required documents and complete official registration procedures to get Offer Letter.


f )  信息核實不符名額進行補錄通知及相關注冊手續；
Another round of admission procedure for the remaining quota due to verified information falsehood.


g)  招生工作完成，學生信息上報區教育局；
The admission process is completed. Enrolled student's information is to be reported to the District Education Bureau.

入學辦法The Principle of Admission

1、思明區戶籍適齡兒童報名者優先錄取;
Students with Siming residential status are preferred.

2、本校教工子女及在校學生弟弟妹妹報名者優先錄取；
Children of staff and younger brother or sister of our students are preferred.

3、片區生：劃片招生；開班后，中途不接受片區生轉入；片區生要轉出的，必須符合轉學條件。片區生開學前可以自愿選擇入讀先鋒班；
Local Stream: The students living in the District who meet the requirements can be accepted. After the start of school, the transfer-in is not acceptable; And all the transfer-out should follow the transfer procedures. The students of Local Stream can apply for Pioneer Curriculum.

4、當出現電腦搖號已錄取卻未報到，則視為該生放棄學位，其學位納入學校自主統籌；
In case that the student has been selected by the computer but does not register, it is considered that the student gives up the position in our school. The school will accordingly adjust the positions left.

收費標準Tuition and Fees

1、先鋒班學費：小學8萬/學年；

Pioneer Curriculum Tuition Fee: RMB 80,000 /year


2、代辦費：Service Fee
1） 午餐、點心費：自愿原則，30元/天；
Lunch and snack: RMB 30 per day, pay voluntarily.

2） 校服費：自愿原則，4018-4604元/首年（含四季25單件，按男女身高不同分4檔價格，之后可按需添購）；
School uniform: pay voluntarily, RMB 4,018 to RMB 4,604 for the first year (25 pcs for four seasons, price varies by sizes and genders).

3、收費方式：先鋒班學費和代辦費均按學年一次性收取；
Payment method: Pioneer Curriculum tuition fee and service fee is to be paid in one installment per year.

收費實施細則SUIS Xiamen Tuition Fee Policy

按《福建省民辦教育收費管理實施細則》執行；
Refer to Detailed Rules of Education Fee Charged in Private School of Fujian Province.

注意事項Notice

家長提供的所有材料必須完整、真實、可靠。材料不實、缺失或不符合學籍管理相關要求，學校保留隨時取消學生入學資格、不予注冊、學費退回的權利，針對已經注冊繳費的學生，取消入學資格將按照《福建省民辦教育收費管理實施細則》進行收費清退處理；

All the documents provided should be authentic. If any falsehood is found, the offer will be cancelled immediately. For those who have completed the registration procedure, how to process the return of payment should be in accordance with the requirements in Detailed Rules of Education Fee Charged in Private School of Fujian Province.
