寫(xiě)作指導(dǎo)-信件類

1寫(xiě)作注意事項(xiàng)：

1. 時(shí)態(tài)：一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)， 動(dòng)詞過(guò)去式（- ed）。（通常寫(xiě)作主要考慮四種時(shí)態(tài)：一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)，一般過(guò)去時(shí)，一般將來(lái)時(shí)，現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)。要根據(jù)題意判斷正確的時(shí)態(tài)。）

注意：一篇作文可以不止一種時(shí)態(tài)。

2. 人稱：主要有第一人稱和第三人稱。審題時(shí)根據(jù)題意用正確的人稱寫(xiě)。

1） 如使用第三人稱， 需注意三單在一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)的用法，動(dòng)詞后需加s或es。如：She likes playing ping-pong.

2） 寫(xiě)作過(guò)程中注意代詞的格式。

如：

He (主格) feels tired.    I like him. (賓格)

This is his (形代) bike. That’s not your book, It’s mine. (名代)

復(fù)數(shù)形式：Their English teacher is very funny. They often play football together.

3、句型：人稱  動(dòng)作相應(yīng)時(shí)態(tài)  地點(diǎn)  方式  時(shí)間。

書(shū)信格式：

英語(yǔ)書(shū)信結(jié)構(gòu)一般有以下幾個(gè)部分組成：

1） 稱呼 (salutation)，即寫(xiě)對(duì)收信人的尊稱

一般用：Dear Mr. … ;Dear Miss…; Dear Amy; Dear Professor Smith;等等。稱呼后面的標(biāo)點(diǎn)一般只能用逗號(hào)。

2）正文 (body)，即信件內(nèi)的主要內(nèi)容。正文第一句句子一般和稱呼之間空一至二行。 

3）信尾客套語(yǔ) (complimentary close)，即寫(xiě)信人在信的右（或左）下角，寫(xiě)上表示自己對(duì)收 信人一種禮貌客氣的謙稱。

☆常用客套語(yǔ)：

Sincerely；Sincerely yours；Yours sincerely；

Friendly yours；Truly yours；Yours truly；

Cordially yours；Yours cordially；等等。 

 

常見(jiàn)書(shū)信結(jié)構(gòu)如下：
