說道“關門”，我們一定馬上會想到“close the door”。其實，在英語中，不同語境下表達“關門”都是不同的呢~

1.close the door

多用于正式或莊重的文體中：關閉鐵路、公交等交通渠道或是安全提示

For you safety, please close the door after you come in and buckle the security chain. 

為了您的安全，請進出隨手關門，并扣好防盜鏈，謝謝！

2. slam the door

slam 象聲詞，指“砰然關上”，帶有強烈的感情色彩

It wasn't very friendly of you to slam the door in his face. 

你沖著他摔門太傷和氣了。

3. lock the door

中文里，我們習慣用關上門來配合表達離開住所；這里的關門不僅僅是一個單純的關門動作還有把門鎖住的意思

In my haste I forgot to lock the door. 

我匆忙中忘了關門。

4. bang the door

擬聲表達，砰的一聲關上門；這里砰的一聲不帶有感情的概念，表達的是用的力氣很大

Bang the door,please. 

請用力關上車門。

5.shut the door

強調關門的方式、過程和手段

I shut the door and fastened the bolt. 

我關上門，拴上門閂。
